Join us for our Faith Fitness Class with Community Outreach Kelli every Friday at 9:30 AM!

Saturdays

Start your weekend off right with our Spin Class starting at 9:15 AM every Saturday morning. This cycling workout consists of climbs, intervals and sprints. Join us at 10:30 AM for our Quick Abs class with Marty every Saturday!
