Blends at East End was invited to participate in WHB Wellness Day, where we introduced students to our Glow Fuel Lemonade, Vitality Shots, and hydration education. We’re passionate about helping young people discover energy that comes from clean, nourishing ingredients.

While we weren’t on the track this year, East End Fitness LI proudly supported the 4-Leaf Clover Run by contributing custom marketing and design work to help elevate this local wellness event. Our goal? To bring beauty, energy, and unity to every space that promotes movement and community health.

In partnership with William Floyd High School, East End Fitness proudly hosts student externs through a hands-on learning program focused on health, wellness, and entrepreneurship. We’re honored to pour into the next generation—empowering students with real-world tools and a vision for their future.
