New March Classes!

You’ve been asking and we’ve been listening – there are two NEW classes this March and we can’t wait to have you there! Join us in All Levels Yoga Flow on Sundays at 9:40am & HIIT with Master Dan on Saturdays at 12pm. We look forward to seeing you all there this month!

Our All Level’s Yoga Flow is a morning yoga flow including moving meditation that links breath and body movement along with core work. All levels are welcome with some more advanced adaptations offered for those who want them.

HIIT with Master Dan is a class ranging from very basic to more advanced Martial Arts moves combined with athletic HIIT interval workouts. Come get your swet on & get strong with Master Dan!
